Two exchange students have began their semester exchange period – lasting from 2 October until 9 February (five months) at Hiroshima University. While at Hiroshima, they will also have a chance to learn about various internship opportunities within the program.

Hiroshima University offers a support system for the whole duration of the semester exchange, that will help ensure that the students are able to complete their studies at the university smoothly with a varied and in depth curriculum, as well as interact with local and other international students.

Without further ado, we are pleased to introduce the pioneering students in the Agile Entrepreneurship Program below:

Pratyushaさん

Konnichiwa! Hajimemashite. Watashi no namae wa Pratyusha desu. Indo no Hyderabad karakimashita.

My home university is BITS Pilani where I am an undergraduate student, double majoring in Biology and Electronics & Communication Engineering. I want to become a biomedical engineer in the future.

I am here at Hiroshima University as an exchange student to experience the Japanese culture and to learn about agile entrepreneurship development.

I am a friendly, and outgoing person and I love meeting new people. I also really enjoy learning new languages and want to someday become fluent in Japanese.

I am really excited to make new friends and learn a lot during my time here at Hiroshima University.

I hope to make some great memories and global connections that I can take back home with me.

Neha Nallamalliさん

こんにちは!はじめましてわたしはネハです。インドからきました。日本のこときになります。

I am Neha Nallamalli, a student from BITS Pilani, India. I am a double major in Biological sciences and Mechanical engineering.

I come from a city called Bangalore which is a large metropolitan and has given me the opportunity to interact with people from many different cultures and backgrounds which made me curious about cultures of different countries as well.

I hope to gain experiences and knowledge here that will help me realise my dream of becoming a biomedical engineer in the future. I want to make new friends and learn more about the people. I also like learning languages, and hopefully will pick up Japanese during my time here.

I love anime, manga, and Japanese desserts, and it is truly a pleasure to be here in Hiroshima University as an exchange student.
